Zhang Yunzhi, male, was born in January 1954, and in Qiqihar City , with the native place of Xinjin , Liaoning Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1979, and started to work in January 1972. He graduated from Heilongjiang Provincial Party School of CPC, and majored in Party Politics with junior college diploma and the title of economist.

Currently he is holding the post of Chairman and Party Secretary of Qiqihar Municipal Committee of CPPCC.

Responsible for the overall tasks of the CPPCC Qiqihar Municipal Committee, and responsible for the tasks of cadre, personnel and finance.
